Role Description

The Business Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Sidoarjo. The position involves preparing and executing business plans, conducting in-depth market and operational analyses, and identifying opportunities for strategic growth. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance customer engagement, and support business development initiatives. Additionally, the role requires maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Able to speak english is a must, able to speak Mandarin is preferable
• Strong Analytical Skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
• Expertise in Business Planning and Business strategies for effective decision-making and process optimization
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and collaborate with teams effectively
• Proficiency in building and maintaining professional relationships within diverse business environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or footwear industry is an advantage
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
