Business Representative

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum D3/S1, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
• Experience in Plastic Packaging or Manufacturing Industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of plastic packaging products and processes, particularly In-Mold Labeling (IML).
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to identify new business opportunities and develop new customer accounts.
• Target-oriented, proactive, analytical, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to conduct customer visits and business trips.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable plastic packaging solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, samples, and customer trials.
• Conduct product presentations and business discussions with customers.
• Coordinate with Production, PPIC, QC, Engineering, and other related departments to fulfill customer requirements.
• Monitor customer accounts, sales opportunities, and order progress.
• Prepare regular sales activity and customer development reports.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
