Business Process Transformation Specialist

This position has responsibilty to analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic goals. Person in charge should supports transformation initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, implementing best practices, and enabling digital workflows in sales function.

Main Responsibilities

1. Analyze and redesign process to identify improvement opportunities

2. Develop and maintain automation documentation

3. Assist in change management efforts related to process transformation

4. Monitor performance of transformed processes and recommend further enhancements

Requirements

• Working experience for min 2 years, preferably in financial institution
• Strong knowledge and experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g.: Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
• Experience in power point
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills, especially in English
• Proven ability to influence corporate decision makers; strong negotiating skills
• Ability to demonstrate innovation and creative approaches to business needs
• Strong analytical thinking and project management skills
• Good understanding of consumer financial services, processes
• Experience in handling and developing team
• Presentation skills - to be able to present the result
