Position Summary
The business process specialist is responsible for the following functions:
• Analyses business processes
• Assist Business Process Manager to develops and implements business processes and systems to support the organization's operations
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that business processes and systems are aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze data, SOPs and workflow to identify trends and patterns, and use that information to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business processes and systems are aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives
• Provide support and guidance to other departments within the agency as needed
• Assist Business Process Manager to develop and implement business processes and systems to support the agency's operations
