Develop and establish end-to-end business processes required by all functions within the company, ensuring each function is able to execute its operations effectively and efficiently
Review the internal regulations proposed by Respective Leaders
Review the internal regulation in accordance with management direction
Review of the revision or update of internal regulation that has been set
Foster compliance of regulations of all employees through monitoring and evaluation
Mapping Business Process for all divisions to support all business process running well
Identifying the risk of business process that already mapped
Recommend solution regarding business process need to be improved to respective leaders
Develop and manage action plan for its work unit in accordance with Department Plan
Job Requirments :
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in Business Process/Quality Management
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written)
Understand the operation of Microsoft Word and Visio
Understand the standard practice of creating a coherent flowchart of Business Process of the Company
Knowledge of Implementation of ISO 9001:2015 running on the Business
