Business Planning Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare comprehensive business plans aligned with project and business objectives.
• Conduct project cost analysis and support financial evaluations, including: Investment parameter analysis, Traffic projections, Inflation assumptions
• Prepare and review Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) for project planning and budgeting purposes.
• Analyze and interpret engineering documents to support project assessment and implementation.
• Develop and maintain project schedules/timelines as part of project planning and evaluation activities.
• Perform data analysis and prepare reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Support preparation and review of contract/agreement documents related to project and business activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support administrative and operational activities within the business unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in: Business Management, Financial Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in: Business analysis, Contract/agreement preparation, Business development, Infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of: Business planning, Project cost analysis, Basic financial concepts and investment parameters, Traffic forecasting and inflation analysis
• Experience in preparing RAB (Budget Plan) and understanding engineering documentation.
• Knowledge of project scheduling and project evaluation methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visio and SAP is an advantage.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• High integrity with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
