Min bachelor's degree in any major, Master's degree is a plus
Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business performance, with relevant experience in operations or strategy roles.
Proven experience working directly with C-level and senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams
Strong business acumen across key areas such as industry trends, cost structure, sales growth, market share, cash flow, and team performance. Proven ability to lead and execute performance improvement initiatives in service-based or operationally complex environments.
Strong experience in KPI development, data analysis, and business reviews.
Exposure to Facility Services industry or other contract-based service environments is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Design, manage, and oversee the strategic business performance framework, leveraging ISS global scale, deep customer insight, and understanding of operational challenges.
Ensures alignment between corporate strategy and operational execution through results-drive performance management, structured business reviews, and data-informed decision-making.
Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market scanning and competition analysis to identify trends, new service opportunities, and potential M&A targets.
Analyzed data across contracts to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Lead structured business reviews with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accountability and alignment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the scale-up of proven concepts across different regions or service lines.
Collaborate with C-levels managing cross-functional teams and work with senior stakeholders to ensure operational execution supports the strategic goals of both ISS and its clients.
Manage team members to leverage the competencies in achieving goal
Oversee health, safety & environment implementation in their daily work and within their work area in the organization
Ensure that all subordinates refrain from any involvement in bribery or corrupt practices in their daily work
