Identifying, building, developing, and managing collaborations with various parties in joint promotional programs with existing and potential partners, with the aim of increasing customer acquisition, transaction frequency, and transaction volume.
Conducting specific needs and business analysis to provide promotional programs that align with customer needs.
Developing business concepts and promotional programs by analyzing competitor movements, consumer behavior, and other evaluation results.
Supporting the development of business concepts and promotional programs with business partners, both on a regular and seasonal basis, to strengthen and maintain good relationships with partners.
Coordinating with business teams and operational teams to ensure the successful execution of promotional programs.
Conducting evaluations and providing periodic reports to the Business Partnership Team Lead on ongoing promotional programs, along with necessary followup actions.
Developing processes, data, tools, and people development initiatives to optimize the business development workflow.
Proposing promotional budget plans efficiently and effectively to increase customer acquisition, transaction frequency, and transaction volume, subject to approval from the Head of Business Partnership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, marketing, or promotional program management.
Experience working with external partners, merchants, or vendors in managing joint promotional activities is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze customer needs, competitor movements, consumer behavior, and promotional program performance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
Project management skills with the ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams (business, marketing, operations, finance, etc.).
Ability to develop business concepts and promotional strategies both for regular and seasonal campaigns.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to execute followup actions based on program evaluations.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools, presentation tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Good understanding of budgeting, cost efficiency, and ROI measurement for promotional programs.
Highly collaborative and able to work with various stakeholders internally and externally.
Detailoriented, structured, and organized in managing multiple promotional programs at once.
