Identifying, building, developing, and managing collaborations with various parties in joint promotional programs with existing and potential partners.
Assisting specific needs and business analysis to provide promotional programs that align with customer needs.
Developing business concepts and promotional programs by analyzing competitor movements, consumer behavior, and other evaluation results.
Supporting the development of business concepts and promotional programs with business partners, both on a regular and seasonal basis, to strengthen and maintain good relationships with partners.
Coordinating with business teams and operational teams to ensure the successful execution of promotional programs.
Developing processes, data, tools, and people development initiatives to optimize the business development workflow.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Undergraduate degree) in business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Experience working with external partners, merchants, or vendors in managing joint promotional activities is a strong advantage.
Having strong communication and negotiation skills.
Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools, presentation tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Highly collaborative and able to work with various stakeholders internally and externally.
Detail‑oriented, structured, and organized in managing multiple promotional programs at once.
Proactive, creative, and able to work both individually and teamwork.
Willing to commit to at least a 6-month internship.
