Job Description

Lead and drive the strategic analysis and optimization of end-to-end SPX Express operations within the project timeline to identify structural efficiencies and performance bottlenecks.
Define data-driven recommendations and steer the implementation of high-impact strategic initiatives focused on efficiency & improvement.
Establish alignment and manage relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to ensure the seamless, on-time delivery of operational solutions.
Shape robust control and monitoring mechanisms for SPX Express key performance metrics, presenting structured reports on project progression and operational trends to executive.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business.
Possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, with a proven track record in Logistics, Cost Optimization, or Management Consulting functions.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with an advanced command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for complex data evaluation, modeling, and executive-level presentations.
Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced analytical capabilities with a highly structured, data-driven approach to solving complex operational challenges.
Outstanding stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead, influence, and align diverse cross-functional teams.
