- Lead and drive the strategic analysis and optimization of end-to-end SPX Express operations within the project timeline to identify structural efficiencies and performance bottlenecks.
- Define data-driven recommendations and steer the implementation of high-impact strategic initiatives focused on efficiency & improvement.
- Establish alignment and manage relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to ensure the seamless, on-time delivery of operational solutions.
- Shape robust control and monitoring mechanisms for SPX Express key performance metrics, presenting structured reports on project progression and operational trends to executive.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business.
- Possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, with a proven track record in Logistics, Cost Optimization, or Management Consulting functions.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with an advanced command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for complex data evaluation, modeling, and executive-level presentations.
- Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with a highly structured, data-driven approach to solving complex operational challenges.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead, influence, and align diverse cross-functional teams.
