Support end-to-end administrative and operational activities for assigned brand/accounts to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Prepare, manage, and maintain operational reports, documentation, and data records with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Support reconciliation and operational tracking processes while ensuring data validation and reporting are completed within the established SLA timeline.
Assist in monitoring operational performance, marketing budget tracking, and reporting alignment to maintain data consistency and identify potential discrepancies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support operational execution, administrative follow-ups, and reporting requirements across functions.
Conduct basic analysis and provide operational insights to support decision-making, process improvement, and issue identification.
Demonstrate initiative in identifying operational gaps, improving administrative workflows, and ensuring overall operational efficiency and reliability.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in Business Operations, Operations Support, Administration, Reporting, Reconciliation, or related functions.
Strong administrative, reporting, and data management skills with high attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data validation.
Good analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks, work under tight deadlines, and maintain operational accuracy.
Strong ownership, responsiveness, and coordination capabilities.
Experience supporting operational processes for key accounts or agency/client operations is a plus.
