Job Descriptions:
1. Monitor product utilization and service usage by business partners and develop analytical reports to support decision-making.
2. Conduct regular reconciliation of service usage data with partners and vendors to ensure accuracy and alignment.
3. Oversee vendor evaluation processes and track the progress of service integrations with business partners.
4. Manage end-to-end operational administration, including invoice creation, validation, and payment tracking.
5. Administer third-party collaboration documentation, including agreements, contract management, and compliance completeness.
6. Prepare and analyze periodic management reports, covering business performance and operational KPIs.
7. Support internal and external audit processes, and drive business process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree from Business Administration, Management, or other relevant fields.
2. 1 – 3 years of experience in operations.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
4. Proficient in English communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Strong data analysis skills, detail-oriented and organized.
6. Good communication and coordination skills, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
