KAM Business Operations & Analytics, SPayLater
We are looking for highly driven Business Operations to support the growth of SPayLater by driving business performance, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional execution. This role will work closely with Business Development, Product, Marketing, Risk, Operations, and BI both our local and regional team to identify growth opportunities, solve business challenges, and ensure key projects are executed successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze business metrics, merchant performance, and portfolio growth.
- Create reports and business reviews to aid management decisions.
- Collaborate with BD teams to assess growth opportunities and partnerships.
- Translate business goals into measurable KPIs and action plans.
- Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate regular operational cadences.
- Establish processes and frameworks to improve efficiency.
- Ensure alignment between strategy and execution across departments.
- Act as the central coordinator for strategic initiatives and priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
- 4–8 years of experience in Business Operations and Analytics, Project Management.
- Experience in Financial Serices, Digital Platform, Electronic Retails, and understand Offline Segments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Experience using SQL, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
- Knowledge of credit business metrics such as activation, utilization, approval rate, portfolio growth, and merchant performance.
