Key Responsibility of Business Marketing Strategy Leader
Responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives aligned with business goals by identifying market opportunities, defining campaign direction and KPIs, and ensuring strong brand positioning. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver effective campaigns, manages marketing budgets to maximize ROI, and continuously monitors campaign performance to drive optimization and future improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or brand marketing.
- Strategic marketing planner with experience handling premium brands (for non-banking industry candidates), OR Experience in the banking industry, specifically within the Marketing Communication team handling premium savings or business accounts.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, customer segmentation, and consumer behavior.
- Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in budget planning and ROI optimization.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop impactful messaging and brand positioning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics/reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
