Role Description
This full-time on-site role for a Business Manager is located in Jakarta and all city across nation. The Business Manager will develop and implement business strategies, and ensure that the business meets its financial goals. The individual will also recruit teams, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance. Additional responsibilities include performance monitoring and reporting to senior management.
Qualifications
- Experience in business management, strategic planning, and financial oversight
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and legal requirements in the insurance industry
- Ability to analyze data and create detailed reports
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in the life insurance industry or bancassurance is a must
