Position Summary
Responsible for achieving short term and long term business goals for embecta product portfolio.
Manage different channels on hospitals, retails, B2B by using different product portfolio to maximize business profit.
Collaborate with distributors to ensure the alignment on business goals and strategic direction.
To drive business growth and profitability
Key Responsibilities
Deliver financial objectives.
Responsible for market assessment and analysis to determine market potential, size and growth for embecta products.
Conduct ongoing marketing plan and programs to support business success.
Responsible for KOL engagement program.
Determine pricing strategies to achieve standard gross profit objectives.
Develop the Annual Operating Plan and Long Range strategic marketing plan that is aligned with embecta South East Asia strategy.
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure the strong support on SCM, FIN, RA/Medical, GA.
Coach the team and develop talents.
Execute the duties of a Chief Representative of our Indonesia Representative Office.
