The Business & Investor Relations role is responsible for managing strategic business partnerships and investor is communications within a regulated PJP environment. This position acts as a key liaison between the company, its investors, regulators and strategic partners, ensuring transparent communication, strong stakeholder confidence, and alignment with business and regulatory objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with existing and potential investors, ensuring clear, timely, and accurate communication.
- Prepare investor materials including pitch decks, business updates, financial highlights, and performance reports.
- Support fundraising activities, due diligence processes, and investor meetings.
- Coordinate investor reporting and respond to information requests in collaboration with Finance and Legal teams.
- Maintain a strong understanding of shareholder expectations and investor sentiment
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships relevant to the PJP ecosystem (banks, merchants, payment networks, fintech partners).
- Support commercial negotiations, partnership structuring, and contract discussions
- Work closely with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure partnerships are operationally feasible and regulator-ready.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, or similar roles.
- Mandatory experience in the PJP (Payment Service Provider) industry, preferably within regulated fintech or digital payments.
- Proven exposure to investor communications, fundraising support, or shareholder management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
- MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus
