Job Description

The Key Responsibilities:

• Build out comprehensive metrics to measure operational health, then demonstrate continuous improvement within these metrics
• Be the voice of your customers; communicate the needs of candidates, associates and staffing coordinators to your stakeholders via the data
• Turn over rocks to uncover and drive unanticipated outcomes
• Acquire various data sources to enable holistic analysis at a global level
• Build various data visualizations to tell the story and let the data speak for itself
• Mentor junior engineers to drive them to think big and deliver results
  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in a BI and/or Statistics role
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
• Experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI, and/or other data visualization tools like the client's QuickSight.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the client's cloud infrastructure including EC2, S3 and Redshift
• Strong interpersonal skills
  
  

Education Or Certification

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
