Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a skilled BI Developer to join our Data & Analytics team. The BI

Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining business

intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across multiple business

units. The role requires strong hands-on experience with AWS Redshift, SQL, data

modeling, and advanced skills in visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. The

ideal candidate has strong analytical abilities, business acumen, and the technical

expertise to transform raw data into actionable insights. This role will work closely with

Data Engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure that BI solutions meet

organizational needs and deliver measurable impact.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role.

• Fluent in SQL with experience optimizing queries for AWS Redshift.

• Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques (dimensional, star schema,

snowflake).

• Proven hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau (DAX, measures,

calculated fields, advanced visualizations).

• Ability to perform deep-dive data analysis and present findings in a business-friendly

manner.

• Strong business acumen and ability to understand diverse BU processes.

• Willing to do onsite working in South Jakarta area with yearly contract extendable.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Power BI and Tableau.

• Develop and optimize SQL queries on AWS Redshift to support analytics and

dashboards.

• Build data models (star schema, dimensional modeling) to support business

reporting needs.

• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure clean and reliable datasets for BI use

cases.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.

• Work with stakeholders across business units to translate requirements into effective

dashboards and reports.

• Ensure BI solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational

standards.

• Support self-service BI adoption by building reusable datasets, measures, and

documentation.
