Business Intelligence - Cross Border eCommerce

Job Description:
- Consolidate and review Shopee's Cross-Border Business performance on a daily basis
- Develop analyses that lead to actionable insights to ensure the profitability and stability of the products
- Collect data from multiple sources including operation, marketing, and sourcing databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making
- Work with several large and complex SQL databases
- Design and build reports and analyses in Excel
- Design and build interactive Business Intelligence tools for easier data visualisation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years working experience in business analyst related roles preferred
- Proficient in SQL and Python
- Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data
- Creative and innovative approach to solving problems
- Good written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management
- Positive, energetic attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
- Work well with cross-functional teams and able to work in a dynamic work environment
- Experience in constructing business intelligence tools is a plus
