We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who can turn data into powerful insights to guide business decisions and campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and process data from various internal and external sources
- Analyze campaign performance, market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
- Build dashboards and reports that are easy to understand for creative, strategy, and management teams
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize content, marketing strategies, and business decisions
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and operations teams to ensure insights are actionable
- Develop forecasting models to predict campaign performance and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Marketing Analytics (agency/brand experience preferred)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and basic SQL knowledge
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, retention, engagement rate, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills to translate data insights to non-data teams
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
