Job Description

Creatorz is a creative agency specializing in influencer marketing, content production, and talent management. We help brands build effective full-funnel marketing strategies supported by creative teams and data-driven insights.

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who can turn data into powerful insights to guide business decisions and campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and process data from various internal and external sources
  • Analyze campaign performance, market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
  • Build dashboards and reports that are easy to understand for creative, strategy, and management teams
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize content, marketing strategies, and business decisions
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and operations teams to ensure insights are actionable
  • Develop forecasting models to predict campaign performance and industry trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Marketing Analytics (agency/brand experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and basic SQL knowledge
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, retention, engagement rate, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data insights to non-data teams
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
