Monitor the progress of ongoing business improvement projects and strategic initiatives across various mining departments (Operations, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain).
Maintain project dashboards, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and escalate potential bottlenecks or delays to the Manager.
Organize and facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings, ensuring all project stakeholders are on the same page.
Synthesize complex findings into high-quality, executive-ready presentations (PowerPoint) and brief memos for senior leadership.
Assist in reviewing existing business processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at both the head office and mine sites.
Identify operational redundancies and propose structured, data-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
Creates and identifies a roadmap for improvements
Execute tactical tasks and special assignments directly requested by the Manager or Executive Board on short notice.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Management, or a related quantitative field from a reputable university.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
Ability to communicate in a structured manner and effectively, with all stakeholders, including senior leaders, both verbally and in writing, in English and local office language(s)
A self-starter mindset with high curiosity and a strong drive to learn mining operations rapidly.
