Business Finance Manager

Our client is a fast‑growing startup in the FMCD industry seeking a Business Finance / FP&A professional (3–5 years) to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview

You will partner closely with leadership to drive Business Finance Partnering, Cost Governance, Commercial Finance, and Profitability Management. The role involves:

• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
• Providing actionable financial insights to support decision‑making
• Owning cost control across Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Marketing & Operations

Ideal Candidate

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years of post‑qualification experience
• Exposure to D2C, FMCG, Consumer Brands, Manufacturing, or Retail environments
• Strong grounding in cost accounting, procurement controls, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management
• Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
