Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Executive located in Jakarta, Indonesia, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Business Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, creating strategic plans to achieve sales goals, and promoting Sharia-compliant insurance products. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, conducting market analyses, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and networking skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strategic planning and business development experience to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to promote products and services.
• Basic understanding of Sharia principles and Islamic finance is a plus.
• Proficiency in market analysis and report preparation to track growth and performance.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
