What You Will Experience

• Identify business improvement opportunities to drive EBITDA growth and operational efficiency.
• Conduct business diagnostics to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and performance gaps.
• Develop recommendations and action plans to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and overall business performance.
• Lead and monitor improvement initiatives across functions.
• Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders to drive execution and sustainable results.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to management.

What is Required

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 5-8 years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Transformation, Performance Improvement, Operational Excellence, Strategy, or related fields.
• Strong business and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to identify and solve business performance issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to influence and communicate effectively with senior management.
• Experience in driving cross-functional improvement projects is preferred.
• Willing to work on-site in Serpong, South Tangerang.

• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and leading business improvement initiatives.
