This role drives business growth, market strategy, and operational excellence, bridging marketing, business development, and execution strategy. The position involves developing go-to-market plans, optimizing operations, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance performance. It requires cross-functional collaboration with leadership, operations, and country teams to implement high-impact initiatives. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies that align marketing, business development, and operational excellence to drive sustainable growth.
- Leverage market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities, optimize go-to-market strategies, and mitigate risks.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, operations, and leadership teams to implement high-impact programs that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Design and execute farmer engagement initiatives to strengthen customer relationships, improve retention, and expand market reach.
- Establish and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives, marketing campaigns, and operational processes.
- Drive process optimization and operational excellence by implementing structured problem-solving approaches and best practices.
- Ensure seamless execution of marketing and business strategies by aligning efforts with company goals, profitability targets, and market dynamics.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects with ownership and accountability, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
- Foster strategic partnerships both internally and externally to enhance market positioning, drive business growth, and scale operations effectively.
- Adapt to a fast-paced startup environment, balancing agility with strategic execution to deliver long-term value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 2+ years (MBA) or 4+ years (non-MBA) experience in marketing, business development, or strategy execution.
- Proven expertise in go-to-market strategies, business growth, and data-driven decision-making.
- Startup experience preferred; agritech exposure is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and execution abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of agricultural markets and farmer engagement strategies is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in driving digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and CRM platforms.
