LaundryHub is looking for a proactive and communicative Business Development Executive (B2B) with strong English skills to join our team. In this role, you will focus on identifying potential B2B clients through online channels, initiating communication, and supporting the sales process through meeting coordination and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate potential B2B clients through online canvassing (LinkedIn, databases, and other platforms).
- Initiate and maintain communication with prospective clients using professional English.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the Sales Manager.
- Support client communication as part of the sales process.
- Manage and update prospect databases and sales pipelines.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, meetings, and sales progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for daily communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).
- Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
