Job Description:

Widya Presisi Solusi membutuhkan Business Development bertanggung jawab untuk mendapatkan klien-klien baru di luar klien WPS saat terutama untuk IT Security, HRIS atau Ebupot ataupun Payroll Outsourcing dan Payrol Admin.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Mengidentifikasi target klien yang diinginkan dan membuat rencana penjualan dan menjalankan rencana penjualan tersebut.
  • Melakukan riset untuk mendapatkan kontak potensi klien dan sedikitnya melakukan kontak potensi klien sedikitnya 5 hingga 6 klien per hari.
  • Menawarkan produk/jasa yang dapat ditawarkan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan internal tim untuk melakukan presentasi bersama untuk mendapatkan klien dan memberikan masukan agar tim internal dapat memberikan solusi kepada klien.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan Direktur dan pihak terkait internal untuk membuat penawaran dan dalam negosiasi dengan klien.
  • Melakukan follow up terhadap potensi klien dan melakukan close deal dengan potensi klien.
  • Meningkatkan brand awareness WPS ataupun produk yang ada melalui kegiatan social media ataupun kegiatan pameran/seminar untuk mendapatkan network atau potensi klien.
  • Mendapatkan umpan balik dari potensi klien untuk memberikan masukan kepada internal tim.

  • Kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal yang sangat baik, mampu membangung hubungan dengan potensi klien dan stakeholder
  • Kemampuan analitis yang kuat, kritis, perhatian terhadap detail, dan visioner dalam mengelola proses dan tim
  • Proaktif dan persistent untuk mendapatkan potensi klie

Keahlian Dan Pengalaman

  • Sarjana
  • Pengalaman penjualan bidang produk/jasa yang diberikan WPS
  • Mampu belajar dan Analisa untuk mendapatkan klien yang tepat
  • Komunikasi, mempengaruhi dan negosiasi
