We are looking for a Business Development to manage and grow our network of agencies in Indonesia. If you have a passion for operations, partnerships, and strategy, this could be the role for you!
Responsibilities:
Voice Room Agencies Acquisition (Core)
- Identify, approach, and onboard local chatroom hosts, agencies in Indonesia
- Build and continuously expand a pipeline of chatroom hosts and guild resources
- Establish long-term partnerships with high-potential agencies and top hosts
Revenue Growth & Partnership Management
- Drive chatroom activity and revenue (recharge, gifting, etc.) through partners
- Design and execute incentive schemes (revenue share, campaigns, exposure resources)
- Manage and grow key accounts (Top guilds / Top rooms) with a data-driven approach
Market & Competitor Insights
- Monitor local voice chat / social entertainment platforms and ecosystem trends
- Analyze competitor strategies (guild policies, revenue share models, acquisition tactics)
- Provide actionable insights to optimize local BD strategies
Qualifications
- Familiar with local social entertainment ecosystem (voice chat, live streaming, etc.)
- 1–3+ years of experience in BD roles (voice room / live streaming / guild / MCN preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to close deals independently
- Results-driven with strong awareness of growth and revenue targets
