Job Responsibilities:

1. Lease & Tenancy Management

2. Leasing Administration & Compliance

3. Business Development & Expansion

4. Coordination with Project Department

5. Coordination with Marketing & Sales Department

6. Cross-Functional & External Coordination

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree any field
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Negotiation skill and knowledge of lease management
• Competent in market research & network expansion of business
• Good analytical skill & high mobility
• Able to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
• Willing to travel on business if necessary.
