We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Business Development Support to join our team on a
full-time basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between sales execution, merchant onboarding, and administrative compliance. You will act as a strategic partner to our Business Development (BD) team, ensuring all merchant projects progress smoothly toward their target go-live timelines.
This is a unique hybrid position comprising
75% Sales Support & Project Tracking and

Responsibilities
Sales Support & Project Tracking (75%)
- Timeline & Project Tracking: Monitor and track the end-to-end progress of merchant onboarding and upselling projects to ensure they strictly meet the targeted go-live timelines.
- Document Submission & Onboarding Audit: Take full ownership of gathering, checking, and completing all missing merchant document submissions required for onboarding and upselling processes.
- Proactive Bottleneck Management: Maintain a strong sense of urgency to identify critical roadblocks and proactively chase internal BD teams if urgent issues threaten to delay project timelines.
- Merchant Partner Relations: Act as a reliable point of contact for merchant PICs. Follow up on outstanding requirements tactfully and professionally, ensuring a positive partner experience without being intrusive.
Legal Administration (25%)
- Contract Management: Maintain accurate digital archives of all active merchant agreements and compliance documents.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Any Major (Business Administration, Management, Communication, or Law are preferred).
- Experience: Fresh Graduates are warmly welcomed to apply. Prior internship experience in Legal Admin, Corporate Law, Sales Support, or Project Management within a fast-paced environment is a huge plus.
- Tools: Tech-savvy and proficient in using Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs) or other spreadsheet/tracking tools.
- Communication Style: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow up assertively yet politely with both internal stakeholders and external merchant PICs.
- Mindset: Highly proactive, solution-oriented, resilient under tight timelines, and possesses a strong partnership mindset.
