Business Development Staff

Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Staff role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline. Daily activities include conducting market research, mapping potential clients, preparing proposals, and coordinating meetings or presentations. The Business Development Staff will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to strengthen client relationships and ensure a smooth handover from prospecting to account management. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems, monitoring industry trends, and providing regular reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the local Jakarta or Indonesia market, is an advantage.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, productivity software, and basic data analysis, along with the ability to work both independently and in a team, is preferred.
