Business Development Staff

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Business Development Staff role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including sourcing and qualifying leads, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Responsibilities include conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and using these insights to support business development strategies. The Business Development Staff will build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, coordinate meetings and presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and negotiate terms. The role also involves preparing regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and growth opportunities, while ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency with productivity and CRM tools, and a results-oriented, proactive mindset.
