Role Description

The Business Development Staff role at Viction One is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities, generating and qualifying leads through various channels, and preparing proposals or presentations that address client needs. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, tracking sales activities and performance metrics, and providing regular reports and insights to management. The Business Development Staff is expected to deliver a professional customer experience, represent the company in meetings and events, and contribute to continuous improvement in business development processes.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess market opportunities, and support decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and build professional relationships.
Proficiency in lead generation activities such as prospecting, cold outreach, and follow-up management.
Experience in market research, including gathering and analyzing market and competitor information.
Customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management is an advantage.
Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to manage data and reporting.
Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, with strong time management and organizational skills.
Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English language skills are beneficial.
