Good knowledge of the trend cosmetics/beauty industries
Understanding the process of development cosmetics products
Good in English (both active and written), since will communicate with global
Familiar with Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint & Word)
Good skill in planning, organizing, development projects effectively
High motivation to work, passion in Cosmetics
To produce concepts or ideas for innovative new products on market research
Collect and gather information from both existing and new client regarding cosmetics that they will be need
Preparing documents in accordance with SOP required for new product development
Monitoring new product launching based on scheduling
Maintain relation based on all opportunities project
Follow up and cooperation with RnD Team, Production Team, PPIC Team, QC & RO Team also with FAT Team
Building and develop relation with new clients or existing clients
Reach the marketing target
