Requirements
A bachelor's degree or equivalent
13 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales
Based in Jawa Barat (knowing well Bandung or Cirebon Area)
Strong networking skills: connections in property, HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, cafs), or public spaces in Jawa Barat Area
Experience in property (Rumah Bersubsidi), automotive, or MLM
Understand investor relations or working with private investors or well-capitalized individuals is a plus.
Comfortable with traveling/relocating in Jabar Area
