Role Overview

We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who are ready to make their mark in the world of fashion. As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a key part in helping us elevate everyday fashion

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail and commercial properties (stores, warehouses, shophouses)
• Manage end-to-end leasing processes, including site selection, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management, landlords, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic expansion decisions.
• Coordinate internally with top management, operations and project teams to ensure timely store openings and smooth execution.
• Evaluate store performance and provide recommendations for relocation, renewal, or closure through Profit & Loss (P&L) List and BEP Analysis.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for top management review.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any major

Work Experience

• Mid level: 2–5+ years in:
• Retail & Business development or partnerships
• Experience in retail operations (store management, merchandising, e-commerce) is highly valued
