Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analyzing our business strategy campaigns. You will also collaborate with other internal teams and marketing executives to develop a marketing strategy and plan. You will then communicate these plans effectively to all relevant internal teams. This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with tasks needed to keep the client projects and campaigns running smoothly
  • Support the production of marketing materials
  • Conduct market research to define target audiences for different products/services and create buyer personas
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify industry best practices that will help us optimize existing campaigns and ensure the success of future ones
  • Produce and edit content like social media posts, videos, and webinars
  • Track projects and team activities and assist in standardizing marketing materials
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
  • Lead the marketing team
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
  • Presenting, promoting and selling the company's products/services to existing customers and new prospective customers
  • Reach the sales target according to the specified deadline
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers dedication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field of study
  • 2 years of marketing experience
  • Ability to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, target-oriented, adaptable, and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Pleasant personality and appearance
  • Highly motivated to learn and have the ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them to assigned tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
