Business Development Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in IT Consulting or Technology Services.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, new client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions/services and consultative selling.
• Experienced in managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience handling corporate or enterprise clients is a strong advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and strong in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Must be based in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek)
• Willing to work from / travel within Greater Jakarta as required.
