Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Jakarta and Semarang. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify business opportunities, and cultivating strong relationships with clients. The role also involves communicating with prospective clients, crafting business development strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals.

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to develop new business opportunities and strategies.
• Ability to proactively solve problems and deliver results in a goal-oriented environment.
• Experience in business development or sales is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
