Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing trends, preparing presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions. The specialist will engage in client meetings, manage follow-ups, support proposal development, and contribute to sales strategies that drive growth. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, tracking performance metrics, and supporting continuous improvement of business development processes.
