This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Tanjung Priok. The responsibilities of this role include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to understand industry trends and business opportunities, and establishing relationships with potential clients. The Business Development Specialist will collaborate with teams to support customer acquisition strategies and maintain high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
• Experience in Lead Generation and the ability to identify business opportunities
• Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends and understand market dynamics
• Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Experience in business development or a related role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
