Business Development Specialist

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities across Indonesia.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, key decision-makers, and Digital Transformation leaders.
• Position enterprise platform solutions early in clients transformation journeys.
• Lead strategic discussions around platform modernization, integration, and digital ecosystems.
• Translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Delivery teams to design competitive enterprise architectures.
• Drive solution strategy for complex enterprise opportunities.
• Support proposal development, executive presentations, commercial discussions, and negotiations.
• Position enterprise platforms as key enablers of clients digital transformation programs.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, solution consulting, or digital transformation.
• Background working with enterprise software vendors, system integrators, or digital consulting firms.
• Proven experience engaging large enterprise clients in Indonesia.
• Strong track record of creating, developing, and winning enterprise opportunities.
• Comfortable engaging with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and other C-level technology leaders.
• Ability to bridge business strategy with enterprise technology architecture.
• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and solution positioning skills.
