Position: Business Development/ ACM / Talent Manager - XENA (Part of Mico)

Work Arrangement: On-site Jakarta

* This Job requires experience in live streaming/digital platforms/TV industry

Job Description :

1. Identify, recruit, and onboard potential agencies, talents, and spenders in line with platform and business needs.

2. Develop guidelines and growth strategies for local agencies and users to support sustainable ecosystem development.

3. Build, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with local agencies, talents, and users to foster a healthy and scalable livestreaming ecosystem.

4. Research, design, and execute livestreaming campaigns, including exploring new campaign models and growth initiatives.

5. Draft, review, and update cooperation policies; support contract discussions and collaborate closely with partners to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

2. Experience 3+ years in business development, partnerships, marketing, or talent management (experience in livestreaming or digital platforms)

3. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
