Job Profile

  • Business Delivery; to identify potential Sites and Dealers within assigned region and develop a network of sites towards achieving high business growth with low capex scenario. Strong outcome oriented.
  • Accountable for End to End project delivery; feasibility study, dealer acquisition, work closely with asset team to deliver new site opening within agreed time, cost, and objective.
  • Lead contract negotiations with new locations and manage compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Show safety leadership in maintaining and implementing BP safety standards with Dealers and ensure legal obligations to safety are met.

Essential Criteria

  • Relationship management skills at a high level proven ability to influence decision.
  • Strong Commercial Acumen
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Strong written and oral communicator with proven negotiation skills to handle difficult situations through contract negotiations.
  • Proven Problem solving skills with ability to adapt these skills with each customer.

Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in same position as Business Development or Marketing Development
  • Good English skill both writing and speaking.
  • Good communication and detail oriented.
  • Able to work Independently in a multi-discipline setting.
