About the Role

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities within Indonesia. This role emphasizes driving new business channels, forging strategic partnerships, positioning the competitive products and responsible to grow the market share in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities and evaluate the appropriate customer segments.

• Continuously learning and building good understanding of the market's needs and wants.

• Approach, position and win with the company's solutions and products effectively.

• Differentiate our value proposition to drive the business and address the market constructively.

• Actively seek opportunities with partners and new customers to grow new business and sales contracts.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years (or more) with prior experience in Sales of capital-intensive goods
  • Experience in the automation industry
  • Experience with projects and calculation of investment goods
  • Existing network in the healthcare / industrial sectors field
  • Experience with Pneumatic Tube System and Pharmacy Automation

Skills

• Engineering or Business Degree with strong commercial knowledge

• Fluent in written and verbal English

• Strong competency with MS Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive monthly base salary of IDR 34 million
  • 20% performance-based Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)
