  • Conduct weekly market research and build target account lists.
  • Identify PIC contacts through LinkedIn and online sources.
  • Execute outreach via email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to generate meetings.
  • Support small-scale events (inviting prospects, managing attendance, capturing leads).
  • Perform regular onsite visits to drop company profiles and gather PIC information.
  • Deliver short elevator pitches and book discovery meetings.
  • Log all activities and pipeline updates in CRM.
  • Support Account Executives in nurturing early-stage leads.
  • Contribute to weekly pipeline updates and consistent activity execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 12 years experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in IT or consulting).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent English (oral & written).
  • Tough, resilient, target-driven, and proactive.
  • Comfortable doing field hunting and outreach activities.
  • Good analytical thinking and basic understanding of IT solutions (ERP/CRM is a plus).
  • Familiar with LinkedIn prospecting and CRM tools.
