PT Arus Digital Sinergi is looking for a Business Development Representative based in Tanjungpinang or Bintan who is energetic, communicative, honest, adaptive, and eager to grow in the business technology industry.

Arus Digital partners with business owners and organizations to bridge their business process digitalization through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), helping them improve operations, efficiency, and business growth.

This opportunity is open for fresh graduates, career switchers, and professionals who are interested in growing in business development, client communication, sales strategy, and ERP-based business process solutions.

You will receive professional training, mentorship, and a practical guidebook to understand ERP, sales strategy, client communication, business development process, and solution presentation. However, we are also looking for someone who can think critically, improvise, and see opportunities in real business situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients.
  • Communicate with business owners, organizations, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client business processes, needs, and challenges.
  • Support lead generation, follow-up, and client relationship activities.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
  • Support ERP solution presentations to potential clients.
  • Conduct basic market research and identify business opportunities.
  • Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and external activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum completed Bachelor's Degree/S1 in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates, career switchers, and professionals who are interested in this role are welcome to apply.
  • Preferred in or around Tanjungpinang and Bintan.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Basic English is preferred; passive English is acceptable as long as you are willing to learn and improve.
  • Confident to meet, communicate, and build relationships with clients.
  • Energetic, honest, proactive, creative, adaptive, and opportunity-oriented.
  • Strong critical thinking and willingness to learn.
  • Interested in business, technology, ERP, and client relationship management.
  • Willing to travel between cities when needed.
