What You'll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you'll focus on generating and qualifying opportunities for our team.

  • Prospecting potential clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads
  • Booking discovery calls for the Project Management team
  • Managing and updating CRM pipelines
  • Following structured follow-up processes
  • Collaborating closely with Operations and PM teams
  • Reporting outreach and pipeline performance weekly

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years experience in Sales, Business Development, or client-facing roles
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian
  • Organized and consistent with follow-ups
  • Able to explain services clearly and confidently
  • Familiar with CRM tools or fast learner

Nice to Have

  • Background in digital marketing, creative agency, or web development
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach/social selling
  • Understanding of agency business models
  • Existing network in hospitality, F&B, retail, property, or e-commerce industries
