What You'll Do
As a Business Development Representative, you'll focus on generating and qualifying opportunities for our team.
- Prospecting potential clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads
- Booking discovery calls for the Project Management team
- Managing and updating CRM pipelines
- Following structured follow-up processes
- Collaborating closely with Operations and PM teams
- Reporting outreach and pipeline performance weekly
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in Sales, Business Development, or client-facing roles
- Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Organized and consistent with follow-ups
- Able to explain services clearly and confidently
- Familiar with CRM tools or fast learner
Nice to Have
- Background in digital marketing, creative agency, or web development
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach/social selling
- Understanding of agency business models
- Existing network in hospitality, F&B, retail, property, or e-commerce industries
