About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and growth-oriented Business Development to support our company's expansion initiatives. In this role, you will contribute to identifying new business opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and supporting key projects that drive long-term growth particularly within the Indonesian cultural sector and the technology ecosystem. You will help explore business prospects across various media formats, including cultural products, digital platforms, and game technologies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and data analysis to provide insights that support business decision-making
- Identify emerging trends in the cultural and technology industries particularly those related to Indonesian heritage, digital culture, mobile apps, AI, website platforms, and game platforms (digital and board games) to uncover new business opportunities
- Demonstrate working knowledge of digital marketing and its role in driving business growth and brand visibility
- Track project progress and ensure tasks and deadlines are completed in a timely and organized manner
- Assist in preparing reports, strategic documents, business proposals, and internal presentations for the CEO and cross-functional teams
- Serve as a communication liaison within the division and with other departments
- Support the coordination of internal tasks and the execution of division-specific initiatives
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of projects, research outcomes, and performance metrics
- Be willing to take on additional tasks when necessary to support overall business activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of work experience (candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply)
- Strong understanding of financial statements to assess the financial health of the business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and attention to detail
- Able to prepare clear reports, presentations, and internal documents
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated interest in the creative industry especially Indonesian cultural heritage and digital content, including game platforms (digital and board games) is highlypreferred
